Neighborhood Pool

1. David Ward: Adding a pool to the neighborhood would be around $500,000 and requires at least 120 residence to sustain maintenance. Dues would increase to $500/year roughly if a second phase is ever began.

2. He is in negotiations but if they fall through he will consider developing the next phase himself.

Budget Updates

1. All checks have been deposited

2. Lucas to finalize budget
