Our primary function and goal as a homeowners association board is to facilitate a bridge of communication between ourselves as a community and with the developers and the real estate agents who market the houses here in Whitetail Run. We want to be as transparent as possible and help the neighborhood in any way possible.

The duties of the board include upholding and maintaining the regulations in the HOA Covenant, collecting yearly dues, and conduction financial transactions necessary for running the homeowners association such as maintenance contractors, fees and taxes.

Along with our duties, we are happy to facilitate events for the neighborhood! We want this to be an open forum and a place everyone is comfortable to share their ideas for fun.
