Our function and goal as a homeowners association board is to facilitate a bridge between ourselves as a community with the developers and the real estate agents who market the houses here in Whitetail Run. And to coordinate community events such as garage sales, block parties, ladies nights...

​

The duties of the board also include upholding and maintaining the regulations set out in the HOA Covenant.  The board is also responsible for collecting yearly dues and financial involvements necessary for running the homeowners association such as maintenance contractors, accountants, fees and taxes.
